Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are able to accommodate some international shipping determined on an individual basis. Please email us at email@example.com to inquire.
When will my order ship? When will I receive my order?
All gift boxes are processed within 1-3 days of ordering and are shipped via FedEx. by whichever service you choose at checkout. If your order is needed by a specific date, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll do our best to ensure you receive your box by the desired date.
Can gift box orders be rushed?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping at checkout, and if you live in Manhattan, NY, we can deliver via messenger.
Expedited shipping is managed through FedEx 2-Day Air. For all local messenger services, email us at email@example.com.
Can my gift box be customized?
Yes, we are happy to work with you in creating a customized gift box, whether it is one box or many, we’ll assist you in designing the perfect gift. Please inquire about our minimums and all details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I add a personalized note?
Absolutely. Just write your personal note or sentiment at checkout. We will hand write your thoughts on a notecard and include within your box.
What is your return policy?
All gift box sales are final. We go to a great extent to make sure your gift box is assembled with great care, if there is any damage to an item(s) during shipping, please contact us immediately at email@example.com.
How often do I order?
Place a standing order or order only when you need it. All orders must be placed 36 hours in advance and be confirmed by Blue Plate and Co.
Where do you get your food?
We source our food exclusively from the finest providers in New York City. Wherever possible, we'll use only organic and local ingredients. We'll survey your preferences and flexibility before crafting a menu for you and/or your family.
How do you take payment?
We require a credit card at time of ordering. Meal pricing depends on ingredients and will vary on a case by case basis, depending what is ordered.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver in Manhattan below 110th Street. Other boroughs will be considered on a case by case basis and depending on availability.
How are meals saved and prepared?
We can tailor it based on your preferences and the ingredients but can prepare food to freeze, refrigerate and warm up later, or enjoy warm on the spot.
How big of a party do you serve?
We run a small team and are committed to quality over quantity - given the bespoke nature of our menus, we can accommodate 5-35 guests.
