A resident of NYC for the past 25 years, Debby has catered top names in the fashion industry, working with artists and celebrities for over a decade before co-owning Papatzul restaurant in Soho. Blue Plate & Co. is her newest venture. It integrates her lifelong passion for design and hospitality with an innovative approach to creating thoughtful, artisanal gift boxes and beautiful, inspired food.
