Heirloom Tomato Salad with Basil and Balsamic
- 3 heirloom tomatoes, varying in color and size
- 10 heirloom cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 10 -12 basil leaves
- sea salt and black pepper
Slice tomatoes right before serving, arrange on a platter.
Just before serving, pour balsamic and olive oil over tomatoes.
Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper; arrange basil leaves on top.
