Heirloom Tomato Salad with Basil and Balsamic

Serves 4

  • 3  heirloom tomatoes, varying in color and size
  • 10 heirloom cherry tomatoes
  • 2  Tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • 2  Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 -12 basil leaves
  • sea salt and black pepper
  1. Slice tomatoes right before serving, arrange on a platter.

  2. Just before serving, pour balsamic and olive oil over tomatoes.

  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper; arrange basil leaves on top.
